PAY-AS-YOU-GO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MROBOT does not provide any assurance or guarantee regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, comprehensiveness, or appropriateness of the consultation offered by MROBOT. Your utilization of any information or materials provided by MROBOT is entirely at your own risk, and we shall not be held liable. It remains your responsibility to ensure that any products, services, information, or recommendations provided by MROBOT meet your specific needs.
The consumption of hours will be subtracted in minimum one-hour increments. These hours expire after sixty (60) days from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Once payment is made, you and MROBOT will mutually agree upon a scheduled date and time for at least one consultation. If you cancel a scheduled consultation with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice or fail to participate, you accept that one (1) hour will be forfeited and will not be subject to a refund.
You bear sole responsibility for any personal data, including medical information, classified data, or other sensitive material. You also commit to safeguarding, defending, and indemnifying MROBOT, any related third-party entities (including, but not limited to, third-party vendors), and MROBOT's executives, directors, officers, attorneys, managers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liabilities, losses, expenses, judgments, damages, claims, or causes of action, including, but not limited to, all legal fees and associated costs, arising from your use of MROBOT services.
MROBOT's total cumulative liability, if any, towards you or any third party for any damages related to the terms of services or MROBOT services, including, but not limited to, those arising from negligence, any act or omission by MROBOT or its representatives, will be restricted to, and shall not exceed, the actual dollar amount paid for the consultation that led to such damages, losses, and causes of action.
